Our History
The Ferrex story begins back in 2008 in the Netherlands. Our founders saw a need in the market for good-quality power tools that were affordable for the average DIYer. After years working in the power tool industry, they decided to launch their own range – and Ferrex was born!
The first Ferrex products were launched in the Netherlands and Belgium in early 2009. Our initial range focused on core power tools like drills, saws, sanders and garden equipment like lawnmowers and pressure washers. Thanks to our combination of quality and low prices, Ferrex products quickly became a hit with DIYers.
Within a couple of years, Ferrex expanded into other European markets like Germany, France and the UK. Our range also grew rapidly to include more power tools, hand tools, work lights and accessories. Every new product went through rigorous in-house testing to ensure the famous Ferrex quality.
By 2015, the Ferrex brand had become one of the most popular and trusted DIY power tool brands across Europe. Our range covered all the key tools needed by DIYers and tradesmen for projects around the home, garage and garden.
